Job Description

Description:

- Performing work activities safely and in compliance with company QMS program

- Identifying improvement opportunities to reduce equipment downtime, improve efficiency, improve employee safety, etc.

- Implementing preventative maintenance programs for all key plant and/or field equipment

- Maintaining an inventory of key parts and maintenance supplies to minimize equipment downtime

- Maintaining accurate maintenance records

- Being flexible to assist in other areas of the location as needs arise

- Maintaining a neat, clean, and organized work area

- Performing work activities safely and in compliance with company QMS program.

- Verifying the content of every truck load of seed received prior to dumping

- Performing a visual inspection of each load as it is unloaded.

- Collecting a representative sample from each load according to QMS requirements

- Thorough cleaning of all equipment in order to maintain product integrity

- Maintaining a neat, clean, and organized work area
