Job Description
Currently hiring for an in office position for the hours of Monday through Friday 9am to 6pm. Looking for someone with who has two or more years of experience in customer service or with entering orders, tracking shipments, and updating customers on the status of orders.
Description:
-Will be entering in, tracking, and ensuring accuracy of customer orders
Handling inbound calls and correspondence efficiently and professionally (not high volume daily calls will be under 20 calls)
-Respond to customers via live chat, emails, etc.
-Follow up on any order issues or discrepancies
-Resolve customer needs and provide answers to questions in a timely manner
-Effective time management and ability to multi-task
