Job Title: Aerospace Contract Administrator
Location: Rockford, IL 61125 (on-site)
Type: Full-time; Consultant (24 months)
Schedule: Monday to Friday; First Shift
Pay Rate: $32.16 per hour
Position Description:
As a Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for managing critical military spares Purchase Orders (POs) to support our high volume of activity from military customers. You must be able to work independently, review and manage POs, clear order holds, and ensure timely delivery processing through government channels.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Review and manage critical military spares Purchase Orders (POs)
+ Clear order holds and ensure timely delivery processing
+ Communicate with customers regarding PO modifications and status updates
+ Assist in clearing holds at the delivery level and providing necessary documentation to customers
+ Experience with SAP and DLA WAWF preferred
Required Qualifications:
+ Experience working within Aerospace or Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) REQUIRED
+ Familiarity with Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) is a plus
+ Ability to work independently and manage high-volume workload
+ Strong communication and organizational skills

Pay Details: $32.16 per hour
