Trainer & Onboarding HR Specialist

We are looking for an outstanding employee who is looking to grow their career with Securitas. As a Trainer & Onboarding HR Specialist, you will use your skills and security knowledge to attract and retain quality officers. This is an opportunity to showcase the importance of security and how a career can be made in this exciting & growing industry. In this role you will assist with onboarding and training for security officer positions and perform a variety of HR administration functions. This position is responsible for assisting with Company policy compliance and development and making recommendations for improvements, where necessary.

Qualifications:
+ Must be 18 years of age or over
+ Reliable means of communication & transportation
+ Must have the legal right to work in the USA
+ Ability to read, speak and write English
+ High School Diploma or G.E.D
+ Knowledge of HRIS systems, Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, and Outlook a plus!
+ Must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug and background
+ Prior experience training and onboarding
Note: All candidates must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
