Job Description
Description:
+ Primary responsibility will be building machines and troubleshooting customers’ machinery that comes in so that it can be adjusted.
+ Utilizing blueprints to install and program customized machines
+ Wiring electrical panels, and troubleshooting machinery through Allen Bradley PLC’s
+ Will be taught the machines that they are commissioning
+ Communicating with customers in regards to their machines and providing them with technical assistance
+ Use of various machine operation, and maintenance manuals, drawings, blueprints, and schematics to troubleshoot improperly functioning mechanical equipment and get them back to full operation
+ Follow-up coordination of parts, documents, etc. resulting from service calls, emails and field trips
+ Domestic travel to customer locations which will be 2-3 days a month
+ Will be acting as a contact for company and taking service calls, or emails or making visits to the customer
Skills & Qualifications:
Required:
- Troubleshooting experience
- Allen Bradley PLC’s
-machine commissioning
-Ability to wire panels
Additionally Preferred:
- Travel experience
- GMP or Foods industry
- 50/50 mechanical/electrical
