Job Description
+ Conduct the on-site Start-Up and Commissioning of automated equipment.
+ Conduct on-site training of customer personnel.
+ Establish and maintain a continuous, positive relationship with customers, including support and follow-up on customers’ concerns and problems.
+ Schedule and plan preventative maintenance work with customers.
+ Perform troubleshooting and fault- finding services on-site and by phone.
+ Detailed and accurate reporting, service work, training for services delivered to customers.
+ Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and management of all levels.
+ Proven ability to maintain positive customer relationships through strong technical skills.
