HOW YOU WILL SOAR:

The Digital Marketing Manager will report to the Director, Marketing Technology & Operations in the Marketing Department. This role is responsible for developing and managing Millennium Trusts multi-channel online presence to achieve client retention and brand recognition, and improve client satisfaction. The incumbent will be accountable for all efforts established and implemented throughout Digital platforms including the company websites, and other channels as opportunities are presented. The Digital Marketing Manager will work closely with the rest of the Digital Marketing Team, Marketing Brand Teams, Marketing Insights, Client Services, Technology, and outside agencies/vendors. The ideal incumbent will be highly enthusiastic, proactive, and able to take initiative.

  • Lead development & execution of website, landing pages and user funnels with Brand team translating marketing objectives into data-driven campaigns that drive engagement and retention.
  • Champion a test and learn mindset to drive constant improvements in business and marketing campaign performance with iterative improvements that achieve business metrics.
  • Own relationship with outside digital vendors to manage partnership, write/share briefs, develop plans and execute on both new and ongoing projects
  • Collaborate with Marketing Insights to leverage data and reporting to unlock insights and identify areas of improvement and adjustments to optimize campaigns in real time.
  • Own and lead all content management
  • Establish and manage targeting and list segmentation strategies.
  • Drive and manage the internal approval process, including cross-functional approvals, such as Sales, Client Service and Legal when required
  • Other duties as assigned
