Pentair has a job opportunity for you!
Join us as a Shipping Team Leader at our Roselle, IL facility. You will lead the floor operation for the Shipping team and will assist in training of new team members and assist in developing the current team.

More details about the opportunity:
Emphasize the prevention of potential problems and hazardous conditions, and support company safety programs
Ensure orders are shipped out on time, and initiate appropriate escalation if issues arise
Train and direct day to day work for Shipping employees, including notifying the team of any overtime needs
Print out and distribute orders for the day to the Shipping team
Pack, load, and unload a variety of conveyances
Move material within the warehouse and manufacturing plant
Position Hours/Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 7am - 3pm (overtime required)
Other Qualifications:
Experience with using standing reach and order picker forklifts
Have two years previous experience in a team lead role
Be able to lift frequently 3-25 pounds and infrequently 25-50 pounds, as well as regularly bend and reach
