POSITION SUMMARY
The Inventory Analyst I - The Inventory Analyst's role is responsible for the management/control of Customer and Agiliti owned inventory. This role will also work to establish and maintain supplier relationships, improve current purchasing practices and develop inventory optimization best practices. This is a cross functional role within a national organization, providing field guidance and making sound decisions while fulfilling customer needs in alignment to the operational objectives.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Interact with purchasing and field operation teams to develop and implement best practices for inventory, purchasing behaviors, and supply chain.
Assist in the analysis and management of inventory levels at the main warehouse as well as track and maintain inventory transaction records for each district.
Execute inventory optimization strategies.
Develop and maintain supplier relationships.
Develop and implement new forecasting methods and inventory control and turn measures including reporting needs.
Drive district compliance to inventory control measures.
Complete ad hoc reporting (Turns Report, Review Open PO and IR Report, Backorder Report, etc.).
Responsible for leading and facilitating monthly Cycle Counts.
Lead data clean-up efforts and additional project support as needed.
Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field
One to three years' previous Logistics, Planning, or Supply Chain experience
Position travel requirements: up to 10%

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
High level of financial and business/operations acumen
Strong organizational skills, with ability to engage in a variety of tasks simultaneously.
Advanced oral and written communication skills including superior customer service abilities.
High degree of initiative, independent judgment, and professionalism.
Well-developed analytical and problem solving abilities.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to write reports and business correspondences.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel (pivot tables & vlookups)
Ability to navigate and lead through change
Experience training end users (strong presentation skills)
