Alight is looking for a Marketing Operations Manager

As part of an industry-leading team, the Marketing Operations Manager will be a pivotal member of the Engagement Services and Communication Solutions Marketing Operations team and will play an important role in executing Retiree Health Marketing campaigns. This person will help operationalize and deploy communications through various channels and in partnership with various vendors.

Your Impact as a Marketing Operations Manager

Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for end-to-end management and execution of multi-channel, multi-touch campaigns and journeys. Includes seasonal, ad-hoc and year-round programs that directly contribute to organizational revenue.
Partners with internal Engagement team partners and external vendors to execute campaigns, utilizing dynamic content and audience segmentation.
Continuously examines and improves these efforts to expand customer engagement.
Develops content matrices using automation to build and define business rules to scale processes, and helps manage data needed to deploy all communications.
Consults with Database Marketing Manager to build data processes and pipeline to drive content variability.
Manages campaign-specific and broader vendor contacts to cultivate relationships, evaluate performance, ensure cost and process efficiency, maintain sufficient inventory and guarantee service consistency.
Acts as liaison with marketing vendors (specifically print and email vendors) for specific project needs.
Owns and constantly enhances the program audit process in coordination with vendors and any relevant business partners.
Responsible for making sure all RH Marketing vendor invoices are received and submitted through the proper Alight platforms.
Supports team members in the implementation and management of new processes, tools and vendor partners.
Engages with key business partners to define campaign timelines and requirements, ensuring roles and responsibilities are clearly communicated and understood.
Creates and manages on-going link matrix, creating a library of urls and tracking codes used in all communications.
Monitors incoming retiree email responses and directs responses accordingly and in a timely manner.
Provide additional support as needed to ensure timely and accurate development and deployment of engagement programs.

Required Experience:
5+ years of end-to-end multi-channel marketing campaign management, including email, print/direct mail, SMS, webinars and analytics
Strong project management/process management experience
Ability to work well under tight timelines; critical thinker and creative problem solver
Proficient with Marketing automation tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Monday.com, and Smartsheet
Understanding and practical examples of scaling and automating multi-channel programs using dynamic data and content
Self-starter, smart worker
Ability to easily create and nurture collaborative relationships
Experience with CRM and campaign database marketing management with preference given to knowledge of Microsoft CRM tools

Preferred Experience:
Medicare and/or Healthcare industry Marketing experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business
