Job Summary
Under general supervision, acts as primary departmental contact for subscribers and providers of the PPO health care delivery system program, answers inquiries and complaints through written correspondence or by telephone, and coordinates the resolution of issues. Prepares reports, surveys, and other communications on the PPO delivery system program.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
* 1 - 2 years of college, or its equivalent.
* 1 to 2 years customer contact experience in the health insurance or health care delivery field, or its equivalent.
* Knowledge of health care delivery.
PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS:
* Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
* Analytical and organizational skills.
* Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
* This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days in the office and 2 days remote weekly.
