Reporting to the Workforce Operations Manager, the person in this role will support the Talent Operations Team's objective to provide and manage centralized, highly repeatable solutions that allow RSM to achieve business goals while balancing the needs of our employees.

The HR Shared Services (HRSS) Lead will develop and lead a team that will execute and support a vast array of centralized operational processes spanning the employee lifecycle, which may include onboarding, talent programming, mobility, offboarding and employee relations/compliance to a global workforce. This person will be responsible for providing leadership and management to the HRSS team, ensuring all case requests are worked to completion and meet the established service level agreements. This position will focus on continuous improvements to maximize efficiencies while providing exceptional, consistent and timely service.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide oversight of team responsible for delivering a vast array of centralized operational HR business processes spanning the employee and owner lifecycle. This may include:
Monitor regular reporting and completion of pre-hire, onboarding and offboarding tasks
Administration of the education, tuition, and certification reimbursement programs, as well as queries and reporting
Talent program administration, queries and tracking (related to programs such a year-end performance management process, annual compliance surveys, etc)
Responding to employment verification, personnel files, and legal related requests
Monitors above critical HR processes and programs for adherence to defined service level agreements
Identify and develop solutions to ensure the changing HR operational needs of the business are addressed efficiently with a focus on providing exceptional service to the organization
Researches, resolves and responds to complex escalated problems based on best practice/precedence, escalating as needed
Train all new hires on business processes and provide regular feedback and support to the team.
Exercise judgement and take responsibility for decisions and actions in overseeing team
Partner with Talent Technology team to research, test and resolve critical issues on Talent related technology and software platforms, as well as identify solutions and efficiencies.
Develop a strong knowledge of department, business units and overall business strategy.

Minimum Requirements
Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related degree and/or minimum of 6 years of equivalent experience
Minimum of 3 years experience in HR related roles
Minimum of 3 years experience using an HRIS
Working knowledge of Human Resources, Benefits, Payroll or other Talent related end to end processes
Excellent written and verbal communications
Strong attention to detail and quality
Ability to handle assignments that are of a confidential and complex nature with considerable discretion, judgment and tact are essential
