Position Overview:
In this role, the individual will team up with an experienced Office Manager to oversee daily office operations for the 231 S. LaSalle office, manage administrative tasks and support the smooth functioning of the office, as well as, deliver a first-class experience for staff and clients in a professional environment. This position is 100% in-office. Hours are Monday - Friday from 8am-5pm.
What you will be doing:
Front Desk reception duties, including greeting and escorting visitors and vendors
Office supply management
Submit various invoices for payment
Manage mail and packages
Calendar management for conference rooms and hotel space
Assist bankers in planning small lunches and small events
Collaborate with Corporate Security Team, Corporate Real Estate, Information Technology Teams and Marketing Team to support the needs of the office, staff and clients
Manage internal webpages
Operate audio and video equipment in conference rooms
Develop and update office policies and procedures, and ensure they are implemented appropriately
Assist bankers with promoting their new business wins via internal or external publications
Organize the publication of the quarterly internal newsletter to enhance employee engagement
Provide other administrative support as necessary
QUALIFICATIONS:
