Responsibilities

Your Responsibilities

Responsibilities include:

Leverage strong business, Client/Prospect/BPO knowledge to understand and drive transformation-led improvement.

Lead end-to-end transformation solution design and development related to sales efforts in business development and account management teams.

Support pre-sales, sales, and business development efforts from a transformation perspective.

Deliver client-facing consulting engagements/assessments independently.

Assist in achieving regional and global departmental targets related to benefit realization.

Work and collaborate with the regional/global business development teams on proactive and reactive sales pursuits and respective transformation integration and positioning.

Supporting several projects during initial onboarding to gain familiarity with Teleperformance process and procedures from proposal creation to implementation.

Building relationships with key stakeholders and regional/global business development teams to identify and facilitate transformation opportunities.?

Engage with customers in a consultative way by understanding their value proposition and designing solutions that enable improved business outcomes.

Qualifications

1-2 years of experience in consulting, business transformation, BPO, or a related field with a track record of contextualizing transformation to client needs to drive tangible gains.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Proven experience participating in large-scale transformational projects focusing on business process optimization, technology implementation, and change management.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of delivering results.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to interact with people at all levels of the organization.

Knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in BPO and related fields

Experience in working with cross-functional teams and working with diverse stakeholders.

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment focusing on delivering results.

Strong leadership skills that inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals and objectives.
