We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented technical strategist and WordPress developer to join our growing Corporate Communications team. In this role, you will play a key role in shaping our technical digital communications strategy, developing and executing high-level programs and initiatives, and ensuring the security and smooth operation of our company websites. Responsibilities:

+ Partner with the Corporate Communications and External Communications leads to develop and implement comprehensive digital communications strategies and programs.

+ Take ownership of assigned digital initiatives, driving them from conception to execution with a high degree of autonomy.

+ Champion digital analytics and telemetry initiatives, including SEO and Google Analytics, to gather insights and inform strategic decision-making.

+ Advise on internal best practices, processes, and opportunities for improvement within the Corporate Communications department.

+ Serve as the primary WordPress developer, managing all website-related activities, including development, maintenance, and security.

+ Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline communication channels and resource management.

+ Uphold rigorous companywide security standards across all digital properties.

+ Take on additional design and development tasks as needed to support the team and company goals.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communications, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

+ Minimum 10 years of experience in a technical digital communications role.

+ Proven experience developing and executing technical digital strategies and programs.

+ Strong understanding of digital marketing best practices, including SEO.

+ Strong experience with website development using WordPress and adherence to secure coding practices.

+ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

+ The ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

+ Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
