Summary

It will be the responsibility of the Maintenance Systems Lead to support plants in all business units in the effective use of Maintenance Systems across the network.. This would include training plant personnel on how and when to use the various features of the systems including any new features, sharing best practices and tips / techniques developed, development of dashboards and reporting mechanisms to be used throughout the network and provide analytic support. This position will also include basic troubleshooting and issue management either directly with the system vendor or using other resources.

Essential Duties

Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

+ Drive Enterprise Priorities within Manufacturing relative to maintenance systems optimization across the network. Partners closely with the Maintenance Transformation, Corporate Engineering, GAF Business Systems teams to ensure continuity with the strategic direction and vision of the organization.

+ User role management (including new user setup and role changes)

+ Provide analytical system support at all GAF locations. This includes maintenance of the Systems Operations Manual and any SOPs that support the implementation and use of various system tools as well as training as needed for the plant personnel.

+ Review maintenance system(s) for continued optimization over time, including demonstration of advanced features to identify and resolve process issues. Included are regularly scheduled meetings with the plants to share updates, review any applicable metrics, and review system status.

+ Work with vendors and plants to troubleshoot all system issues. Apply all areas of technical expertise to obtain a workable solution and provide recommendations on system enhancements.

+ Ability to use hands and fingers to handle and feel tools, instruments, controls, or objects

+ Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus

+ Must continuously have the ability to differentiate colors precisely

+ Periodically lift and/or move objects up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds

Under This Roof, We Require

+ Technical or Engineering Bachelor’s Degree or 10 yrs applicable experience

+ 5+ years of experience data analysis and statistical experience in an industrial environment

+ 3 years of experience with in depth development of CMMS, organization of information pertaining to physical assets, materials, and resources.

+ Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment, coordinating with sites and aligned with strategic direction.

+ Experience with the use of Maximo & SAP

+ Practical development experience preferred in the following areas:

+ Reporting and auditing

Annual Salary Range: 117,000-149,500
