Walgreens IT Pharmacy team is looking for 3 Frontend Developers to join their team in Seattle, WA. They will help deliver on two very critical projects:
Inventory Smoothing: When drugs have been sitting on the shelf for too long, they want to move the inventory to a different store. Work with Data Science team to “smooth out” inventory between stores Inter-store Transfer: Work with automated data, when pharmacies or MFC (micro fulfillment centers) request to transfer drugs (pharmacists creates a request order) These are huge exposure projects – could be hundreds of millions of dollars of lost or wasted money – big risk - In the implementation phase, 30-40% in Creating net new code, and working on existing code too Mostly front end work – they use angular, react experience is transferable/fine Backend work is done in python Work heavily with data science teamWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements
- 5+ years of frontend experience, the more years the better
- Angular or React development experience
- NodeJS – Previous Walgreens experience
- Android experience
- Google, Meta, Amazon or Microsoft experience null
