Position Overview: As the Customer Service Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the satisfaction of our clients and the efficiency of our operations. You will oversee a team of customer service technicians, manage scheduling and dispatching, and serve as the primary point of contact for both internal and external customers. Key Responsibilities:
+ Manage a team of 10-20 customer service technicians, providing leadership and support.
+ Oversee scheduling and dispatching of technicians for maintenance and repair services.
+ Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
+ Collaborate with the Service Manager to optimize service delivery and customer satisfaction.
+ Implement process improvements to streamline operations and enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications:
+ Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the mechanical repair services industry.
+ Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor team members.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
+ Proficiency in scheduling software and other relevant tools.
+ Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
