Job Description
The HR Service Center Coordinator provides quality service in the area of Human Resources and Payroll by providing information on policies and resolution to inquiries for all team members through multi-channel support. Maintains strong relationships by handling team member questions and concerns with accuracy, sense of urgency and professionalism. Performs data entry and demonstrates strong problem-solving skills to trouble shoot problems.
Major Responsibilities/Key Task:
-Provide an exceptional service experience on HR matters to both current and past team members.
-Demonstrate troubleshooting to resolve team member problems and promote self-service when applicable.
-Respond to inquiries quickly and translate inquiries into our case management application during the interaction.
