TITLE: Customer Outreach
JOB DESCRIPTION Customer outreach - scheduling meter changes, making phone calls and generating/sending letters. Other administrative duties as assigned.
REQUIRED SKILLS Basic computer skills, general knowledge of office equipment (scanner, copier). Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office. Ability to learn on the fly. Attention to detail. Interpersonal skills.
REQUIRED CERTIFICATION / EDUCATION High School Diploma or GED required
