The Opportunity:
Our One Medical for Business Client Success team partners closely with our clients to promote and deliver One Medical membership and services as a benefit for their employees and partners. As a Community Engagement Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in driving enrollment and engagement excellence as the One Medical ambassador through support and involvement of key activities and events. You will help showcase the value of One Medical to generate excitement and drive engagement with our services. By working directly with One Medical members and One Medical leaders in our markets, you will build out our best practices at these client events to ensure maximum impact.
What You'll Likely Work On:
Developing effective strategies for promoting our services, bringing on new members, employer groups, and deepening member engagement with One Medical
Supporting One Medical client events helping them schedule and understand the value of One Medical
Building relationships with One Medical staff in key markets to ensure our teams understand why we have these onsite events and what we can do to improve them
Design, test, and implement improvements to our member enrollment and engagement tactics
Staffing and supporting in person events, working with MSA GM's and local field leaders to get the right level of support
You'll Be Set Up For Success If You Have:
1+ year of experience in a Sales role with client support responsibilities
Experience in B2B sales or account management of employee benefits
Experience with onsite events management preferred
Project management experience with events for staffing and budgeting preferred
Excellent written, verbal communication skills and, presentation skills
Strong social and networking skills
High energy and excitement in meeting new people and building relationships
Strong organizational skills; consistently meets goals and deadlines
Desire to travel up to 50% of the time to any of our One Medical markets
Experience with G-Suite & Powerpoint
Knowledge of Salesforce or another CRM is a plus
This is a full-time remote position with up to 50% travel. Located in the greater NYC Austin, or Chicago preferred

One Medical is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base hourly range for this role is $16.00 - $30.50 per hour. However, actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate. These factors include, but are not limited to, job related knowledge and skill set, depth of experience, certifications and/or degrees, and specific work location. The total compensation package for certain roles may also include additional components such as a sign-on bonus, equity grants in the form of RSUs, medical and other benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
