Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an EB-5 Case Manager/Client Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing multiple cases simultaneously, potentially handling up to 50 cases at a given time. The ideal candidate will possess excellent multitasking abilities, as well as the capacity to prioritize workload effectively. While sales responsibilities are not a primary focus in the current role, the expectation is that as the position evolves, sales will become an integral part of the job description. Therefore, candidates with previous sales experience are highly desired.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a caseload of up to 50 clients, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services.
  • Coordinate with internal and external resources to meet client needs and expectations.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates, gather necessary information, and address any concerns or inquiries.
  • Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail when reviewing and analyzing large volumes of source documents to identify relevant information.
  • Proactively manage client expectations and provide exceptional customer service throughout the case management process.
  • Take initiative and be a self-starter, capable of working independently and efficiently.
  • Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
  • Experience in EB-5 is highly recommended, although not mandatory.
Qualifications

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Legal, Project Management) preferred.
  • Previous experience in case management, client services, or a related field is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.

Additional Information

For California, Colorado, New York and Washington: The compensation range for this role is $113,640 to $240,850. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
