Job Description

Molex seeks a dynamic and proactive senior supply chain analyst to support Global Logistics Organization based in Lisle, IL. The successful candidate will be an analytical and lean practitioner known for proposing creative solutions and thinking outside the box, someone with experience executing network projects to drive value by seeking and sharing knowledge and communicating with business partners while being adaptable and prioritizing work. This person will be part of the cost to deliver and the cost to serve the team to create end-to-end value acceleration for Molex customers.
The role will partner to provide and execute supply chain, network modeling and gravity insights to key business decision makers on all initiatives/workstreams. The role will work with a global team and have a lean process excellence mindset: strong customer focus, high-quality work product; accountable, organized, and responsive; resilient and resourceful.
What You Will Do
Serve as the Senior Network Analyst for the VP of Supply Chain Logistics, helping to guide them with sound economic thinking, data, and network modeling on the cost to serve and cost to deliver for global warehousing operations.
Develop and support analysis and network modeling for the end-to-end Molex supply chain. You will be accountable for value creation plans due to close partnering with the VP of Supply Chain.
Provide insights and transparency on total landed costs and total cost of ownership, key elements like the cost of poor quality, overpackaging, freight and duties, etc.
Support reporting and data modeling for total landed costs for several origin-to-destination pairs.
Improve data quality and accuracy of Molex Llamasoft networking model.
Work with the network modeling team plus shared resources where you will learn and adopt Molex's Principle-Based Management (PBM).
Work with the finance team to create insight into key drivers that impact business decisions.
Develop relationships with peers across various disciplines and decision-makers to engage in key economic and strategic decisions.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
A bachelor's degree in engineering and/or advanced STEM education is required to conduct value improvement projects.
Proficient in dashboard tools, Power BI, and Tableau.
Proven knowledge of network modeling, lean, and Six Sigma Tools.
What Will Put You Ahead
German and Indian language fluency and work experience in India.
Experience in data analytics and manufacturing management.
Experience in automotive or high-tech industries.
Experience with total landed cost modeling.
