Summary of Responsibilities: As the Senior Data Analyst, your primary focus will be to serve as a key resource for resolving complex technical issues related to application support, integration, and development. You will lead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and ensure data reliability and availability. Key Responsibilities:+ Serve as a primary resource for resolving complex technical issues related to data infrastructure and processes.
+ Collaborate closely with the Global IT team to address escalated technical issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on operations.
+ Support SAP Concur system.
+ Utilize your deep understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing solutions to enhance data analysis capabilities and drive informed decision-making.
+ Facilitate training sessions for team members, equipping them with knowledge of DataOps principles and best practices.
+ Develop, maintain, and update comprehensive documentation, including troubleshooting guides, Knowledge Base articles, and best practices.
+ Lead the design and implementation of DataOps practices, overseeing data integration, automation, and monitoring processes to streamline operations and enhance data reliability and availability.
+ Provide systems integration support, including API coding capabilities.
+ Write integration code to support applications in OMS, EDI, SQL, Python, and SAP Concur.
Required Skills and Qualifications:+ Proven experience in data management, database administration, and IT support, specifically with Oracle ERP and MySQL databases.
+ Proven experience in SAP Concur setup.
+ Strong proficiency in troubleshooting, configuring, and managing data infrastructure, with experience in data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing solutions.
+ Familiarity with data integration tools and techniques, including experience with workflow orchestration tools (e.g., Apache Airflow, AWS Step Functions) and version control systems (e.g., Git).
+ Expertise in designing and building DataOps capabilities to automate data processing tasks and streamline data operations.
+ Experience with AWS cloud services, including but not limited to AWS Glue, AWS Lambda, Amazon Redshift, and Amazon S3.
+ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose complex technical issues and implement effective solutions. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
+ Expertise in Power BI, Java, and SQL.
+ Expertise in scripting languages (Python, Java, and Bash).
+ Knowledge of API development.
Working Conditions:+ This role may entail shift work, including evenings, weekends, and on-call support, to ensure continuous system availability and support coverage.
+ The position offers flexibility with remote and in-office work arrangements based on organizational policies and project needs.
+ Travel to warehouses in the U.S. may be required.
