Description:
Manage or assist in the management of projects within the constraints of human and financial resources and changing priorities to ensure the successful completion of the project. Partner with the lead project manager to coordinate the scope of work between you. Establish and ensure transparent reporting of financials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial management/reconciliation (e.g., Latest Best Estimates, AbbVie Internal Systems, etc.)
- Jinu RA development working under Jinu, its in R&D, on-site, lake county can be virtual
- Renee is the hiring manager - Net new headcount with this team - This project/ projects will be with Quartz – question answer response tracking. Go live already happened this is for enhancements - Working with vendors, some PM capabilities, - Pharma exp, n2h, and ServiceNow, clarity experience - If no pharma they will need to get up to speed, internal and external customers enhancement to a system, working with developers, pm’s on the other teams, tech leads, - Gotta have an open mindset and willing to learn AbbVie process’ and procedures. - They can get extended with other projects that come up. 6 months to start. - Interviews should be good to go moving forward - CST timezone - No need for certs - No need to create powerpoint decksSkills:
