Job Description


- Process incoming customer orders

- Create Sales Orders

- Create ship release with dates and special instructions

- Work with Supply Chain Manager to ensure raw materials will be in inventory

- Work with Production Planning to obtain Production Date

- Create Manufacturing Order )

- Proof read for accuracy

- Follow up on active orders to ensure compliance with deliver date

- Create export paper work

- Review Customer invoices

- General sales support

- Assist in answering incoming calls

- Provide sales forecasting

- Work alongside Inside Sales to facilitate customer orders

- Maintain customer account database

- Maintain customer item numbers

- Submit Quoting requests to Business Analyst

- Create job estimates in conjunctions with Business Analyst

- send and follow up on Quotes with customers

- handle and process Customer Complaints

- Participate in Scheduling meeting

- Other duties may be assigned

Skills & Qualifications:

Must Have:

- 2-5 years of sales support or account management experience. Customer service will work but they need to be managing accounts and not just transactional calls.

- Computer skills (outlook, basic excel, word)

-HS diploma

Nice to have:

- custom order experience

- manufacturing experience

- advanced excel

Soft skills:

-attention to detail

-can work independently towards team goals and work on a team

-Change agility
