Job Description
Position Purpose:The Information Technology (IT) Intern will assist the Enterprise Business Systems (EBS) - Applications team on various projects and initiatives while gaining real-world experience to supplement topics learned in formal education and training.
Essential Functions:
• Assist in gathering, processing, and reporting data to help determine operational metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Assist in creating dashboards using PowerBI for business process owners (BPOs).
- • Assist with testing and validating the company's data within the enterprise resource planning (ERP) data hub to ensure proper functionality.
- • Assists with consolidating and the aggregation of data to be used in the ERP data hub.
- • Assists with data cleansing and harmonization of ERP data hub to ensure efficient reporting.
- • Assists with gathering user requirements for functional specifications.
- • Assists with addressing help desk tickets and supporting the IT department's customer base.
- • Assists with project work as needed and directed by management.
- • Other duties as assigned.
Education and Training
• A status of current enrollment or recent graduate from a Business Analytics program required.
• A minimum of a 3.0 grade point average (GPA) on a 4.0 scale required.
Minimum Qualifications
• Ability to use Microsoft Office programs such as Excel and PowerBI required.
• Ability to quickly grasp new concepts to produce results.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
