We are currently seeking a Credit Processes Manager that will serve as a liaison between the commercial business unit and the technical personnel to manage upgrades and enhancements to commercial credit process systems. This position is responsible for maintaining, enhancing and remediating all our commercial credit processes. Additionally, this position would facilitate process changes brought about by regulatory changes and risk assessments by audit and compliance. This position also has the responsibility to build business cases and make recommendations to the Executive Leader Group concerning new technologies that enhance commercial credit processes or improve the efficiency of commercial credit personnel.
We are an in-office and flexible on the following locations; Evansville IN, 8750 W. Bryn Mawr Chicago (near O'Hare airport), 180 N. LaSalle Chicago, Indianapolis Parkwood area, Hickory Hills IL, Eden Prairie MN, Clayton MO, and Huron Building in Milwaukee.
Key Accountabilities
Serve as liaison between the commercial business unit and the technical personnel to manage upgrades and enhancements to commercial credit process systems.
Design, develop and implement changes to the commercial credit process based on regulatory changes, risk assessments and other process improvement initiatives.
Serve as a subject matter expert to commercial banking end-users needs and the technical specifications and design of each of the commercial credit process systems.
Serve as the commercial credit processes representative to the information technology group. This includes understanding and measuring the end-users needs, identifying the current processes and technologies in use, evaluating the technology options, designing the business case in support of the process or technology change and communicating the recommendation to executive management.
Serve as the commercial business unit project manager with diverse commercial product knowledge to implement system or process enhancements.
Serve as lending conversion team leader during partnership projects.
Interact regularly either with in-person meetings or conference calls with audiences to communicate technical process changes.
Assist in other commercial business unit projects as determined by the Chief Credit Executive or the Chief Credit Administration Officer.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in business related field
10 + years of banking experience (commercial lending & project management roles)
