Position’s Contributions to Work Group:
• Assist with the execution of the new leadership development program for the client's IT leaders.
• General Workday Administration (Required learning maintenance)
• Track, Analyze and Report on leadership program metrics
• Assist with additional learning needs for the organization

Typical task breakdown:
Resource will be managing leadership development program administration including: Workday administration, communications plan, coordinating with vendors for workshop dates, tracking participant registration, collecting feedback on sessions, and maintaining cohort alumni networks.

Interaction with team:
• Working with a team of 6-7 people on a daily basis.

Education & Experience Required:
• The position requires a college or university degree and/or 2+ years HR experience

Technical Skills
(Required)
• An Incumbents must possess strong analytical, organization, planning, interpersonal, customer focus and communication skills.
• Strong computer and MS Office skills.
• Experience with Workday

Soft Skills
(Required)
• Good human relation skills are required to develop cooperative work relationships with others inside/outside the department.
• Adaptability and growth mindset.

• Choppy tenure (6 month or less per role)
