Job Summary:
This role will support the Marketing Planning and Strategy team to develop and operationalize the end-to-end reporting processes around planning, strategy, and operations impacting the marketing organization. This individual will support the dynamic growth of the business through the design, standardization, and harmonization of data across our internal systems that allow our business partners to work faster and smarter. This role will be responsible for translating business requests and manual operational processes into real-time views that can scale. The candidate needs to be detail oriented, outstanding at handling large datasets, have the ability to transform unstructured data into visualizations, while being an excellent collaborator and communicator.

Responsibilities:

Document and help prioritize marketing reporting enhancements, data requests, and system requirements from marketing stakeholders.

Work closely with systems administrators to translate requests into design elements and functionality that can be implemented quickly in production.

Ensure data is accurate across systems and is representative of current organizational designs.

Own the audits around data completeness in our tools, ensuring marketing teams have the metadata needed to report on their business and translate spend to performance.

Create dashboards & standardized reports using internal platforms and effectively track key metrics for consolidated marketing reporting.

Drive alignment between marketing operations and marketing performance teams to ensure relevant campaign data can be captured and mapped to our budget management systems to evaluate the effectiveness of campaign spend.

Build a detailed database of interactive historicals that is dynamic; leverage this database as the organization continues to grow and transform.

Proactively streamline and automate manual processes by connecting disparate data sources through Tableau Prep to eliminate redundant exercises.

Preferred Qualifications:

Advanced data exploration and analysis skills

Highly proficient in Excel and Google Sheets

Proficient in Tableau desktop or similar data visualization tool (ability to perform calculations, parameters, etc)

Proficient in SQL: ability to write queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data

Detail-oriented, proactive, problem solver with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in fast paced environments

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to work and collaborate with worldwide teams

3-5 years of experience in Finance, Analytics, and/or Business Operations

Salesforce and Tableau certification a plus

This is not a remote position. The Marketing Return to Office policy is 4 days per week. This role should be available during Pacific Time Zone hours as the marketing leader is located in the west coast. #LI-Hybrid
