JOB DESCRIPTION

The primary function of the Packaging Project Manager is in direct support of the Product Packaging team. You will drive the product packaging process responsible for creating part numbers, BOM development, extraction of SAP data, new SKU creation, compiling of data based driven tools and project tracking. You will be the subject matter expert on product packaging deliverables, setting timelines, tasks and tracking metrics.

JOB DUTIES:

  • Creation of part numbers, BOM elements and accuracy, SAP reports and tracking documentation provided to the team for packaging execution.
  • Sets timelines/milestones, routes updates, tracks progress and holds cross functional team members accountable for project deliverables with a specific focus on packaging development
  • Compiles and creates essential tools by extracting data from multiple sources
  • Support team members with external vendors and other relevant sourcing activities in scope for initiative deliverables.
  • Lead on report out tracking with cross functional departments and teams
  • Provide project updates and adjustments to project stakeholders on timely and consistent basis.

YOU MUST HAVE:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent knowledge/experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of Program Management experience
  • Skilled in project management, SAP item and BOM creation, part number development and graphics management
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced dynamic fluid environment
  • Superb time management, multitasking and active listening skills
  • Strong sense of ownership with ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, set budget and timeline.
  • Team player able to deliver product packaging tools needed to deliver projects
  • Ability to cultivate strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficient in working with large data sources and pulling information.
  • Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
  • Ability to prioritize and resource projects, able to work on multiple projects at a time and drive to completion.
  • Keen ability to own and drive the migrating and maintaining of data to company online databases
  • Strong history of defining, creating, and executing multiple complex projects from concept to completion
