POSITION OVERVIEW

The Associate, Digital Marketing and Referral Management within Design and Innovation (Patient Recruitment Lead) will be responsible for activating and orchestrating all Digital Marketing & Referral Management Plans. This candidate will be a dynamic, experienced individual with a strong track record of Project Management and Clinical Trial Patient Recruitment success.

Core Responsibilities

+ Develops and oversees the Digital Marketing and Referral Management detailed Project Plan.

+ Collaborates closely with the Associate Directors of Digital Marketing & Referral Management to execute the Backlog for all Digital Marketing & Referral Management requests.

+ Coordinates and schedules all meetings between the Execution and Study Teams.

+ Leads and facilitates the submission and approval of study assets via Study Recruitment Materials (SRM).

+ Collaboration with and management of any third-party vendors/partners for the delivery of Digital Marketing and Referral Management tactics.

+ Monitors the referral management tracker for incoming referrals and proactively contacts sites when referrals are not progressing as expected.

+ Oversight of detailed country-by-country overviews showing status, key challenges and barriers, successes, feedback from local teams, patient pathways, recruitment support implementation, and results.

+ Generates a comprehensive weekly progress report and reviews optimization with the Director of Recruitment and Digital Marketing.

Knowledge, Experience, and Skills

+ Working knowledge of CFR, ICH-GCP, Clinical and Regulatory Affairs

+ Demonstrated planning and organizational skills, including agile project management of multiple time-sensitive projects.

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a track record for effectively communicating scientific, medical, and organizational concepts.

Education and Experience Requirements

+ Bachelor’s Degree in life sciences or a licensed healthcare professional such as RN or equivalent experience.

+ Minimum of 5 years of industry experience in a related role (site management, study coordinator, in-house CRA)

+ Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, relationship management and negotiation skills

+ Demonstrated ability to develop clinician, research personnel, peer, cross functional and cross business unit

+ relationships to maximize best practice sharing and optimize processes.

+ Proven successful project management skills that drive continuous evolution while maintaining strict attention to detail.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $75,500.00 – $125,900.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
