The Sr. Voice Integration Specialist will be responsible for leading the Voice onboarding and integration of all MNA activities, including reviewing their existing telecom provider services, inventories, and invoices, as well as maintaining records of installations and disconnections of all circuits. The Sr. Voice Integration Specialist will work with vendors to assure circuit disconnect and take the lead on smaller projects while joining the team on larger projects. The Sr. Voice Integration Specialist will ensure that assistance is given in a professional and polite manner, with a focus on promptness.

Responsibilities:

+ Leading and managing MAI voice migrations, including porting numbers, reviewing cutsheets, and collaborating with vendors to build voice configurations.

+ Coordinating and scheduling voice services for office moves and closures, reviewing cutsheets, and working with voice vendors to implement changes.

+ Developing and maintaining knowledge base articles related to Teams Voice services.

+ Establishing and managing repositories for all Operations data, including master site lists, calendars of events, and inventory records.

+ Coordinating, scheduling, and tracking the installation and disconnection of telephony and network orders.

+ Analyzing voice and data invoices for accuracy, investigating discrepancies, and resolving issues.

+ Managing partnerships with network and telecom providers, ensuring the fulfillment of contractual obligations.

+ Utilizing spreadsheets and databases to track inventory, validate invoices, and process payments.

+ Communicating effectively with users, peers, and management, providing appropriate levels of detail to ensure understanding.

+ Ongoing assistance in assigned workload/go-lives, sometimes requiring night and weekend assistance.

+ Additional Duties may include.

+ Overseeing the maintenance of Operations voice and data inventory.

+ Act as single point of escalation to include activities like training, assist with ticketing, and general onboarding guidance

+ Ongoing assistance in assigned workload/go-lives, sometimes requiring night and weekend assistance.

+ In addition, you will provide help with financial reporting including budgeting, forecasting, accruals, & responding to ad hoc customer requests

Qualifications:

+ Advanced Microsoft Excel and Access capabilities.

+ Well-organized, detail-oriented, adaptable, self-motivated, and capable of completing troubleshooting and problem-solving activities.

+ Prefer 10+ years of previous IT/Telecom experience.

Although hybrid to a local HUB office is desirable, this position is open to remote candidates

Disclosure required under applicable municipal regulations in NY and NJ, as well as the law in Colorado: The expected salary range for this position is $120,000 to $140,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level.
