Job Description
Sr. / Lead level UX designer
6 Month Contract
40 hours a week, paid weekly
Mostly remote but month visits are expected 2-3 times.
Portfolio required
This desktop application aims to enable users to create quotes and bookings. We are looking for someone with a lot of data and intense UI.
Skill: 5+ years of designing for enterprise-level applications working within an existing design system.
Leadership: lead and mentor a junior designer, manage strategy and stakeholders, and should be personable and handle critique well.
Users: design digital experiences for employees, transforming user needs and business opportunities into successful tools.
Collaborate: with a diverse team, including UX architects, researchers, visual designers, project managers, business stakeholders, writers, and developers.
Responsibilities include identifying user needs and business requirements, visualizing ideas, developing intuitive interactions, driving next-gen design, creating prototypes, working with researchers on test plans, translating research findings into design improvements, ensuring consistency with brand standards, creating final UX deliverables, communicating with stakeholders, responding to queries from developers and product managers, working with QA, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
