HOW YOU WILL SOAR:

The Sr. Sales Operations Specialist will report to the Sr. Manager, Sales Operations in the Sales - Consumer Directed Benefits Department. This role is responsible for providing sales support, market analysis and prospecting assistance to sales teams and leadership to drive growth and ensure an overall positive customer experience. Manages complex proposal RFP (Request for Proposal) generation with appropriate areas of the organization. Leads the appraisals/reviews and identifies missing information and compiles questions, investigates, and resolves issues.

  • Providing sales support, market analysis and prospecting assistance to sales teams and leadership
  • Drive growth and ensure an overall positive customer experience
  • Manages complex proposal RFP generation with appropriate areas of the organization
  • Leads the appraisals/reviews and identifies missing information and compiles questions, investigates, and resolves issues
  • Provides training support along with taking on special projects assigned
  • Other duties as assigned


IF YOU HAVE SOME OR ALL OF THE FOLLOWING, APPLY:

  • 4-7 years of experience in handling complex administrative and technical tasks that supporting a sales team
  • Bachelors Degree in business, healthcare, or a related field
  • Excellent analytical skills with a proactive nature
  • Strong organization skills with a drive to meet deadlines
  • An affinity for accuracy and efficiency
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word (including mail merge) and Outlook
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • An aptitude for prioritization and multi-tasking
  • Strong collaboration skills
  • A drive to learn and apply new concepts quickly
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM (Customer Relationship Management) preferred
