Lead the IT Quality, Testing, & Validation team to ensure flawless execution of all projects and initiatives.
Develop and implement a comprehensive quality assurance strategy to ensure the highest standards are met.
Collaborate with teams from different departments to develop and implement testing and validation plans.
Develop and maintain a robust testing framework to ensure all systems and applications are thoroughly tested.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the testing process.
Oversee the identification and resolution of quality issues, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
Stay informed about the latest developments in quality assurance and testing in the industry.
Work closely with relevant individuals to identify testing priorities and allocate resources accordingly.
Champion a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous improvement within the IT organization.What you'll bring
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT quality assurance and testing.
Demonstrated record of effectively implementing quality assurance strategies and practices.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and develop a team that consistently demonstrates exceptional performance.
Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Proficient in interpersonal communication with the ability to build relationships.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Ambitious and driven to achieve outstanding results.
Strict attention to detail and commitment to delivering flawless outcomes.

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $144,000 - $198,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
