Summary:

In this role you will serve as a pharmaceutical market expert for the C-Suite to generate new pharmacy program opportunities by coordinating providers, leadership, and SMEs to meet stakeholder needs by executing contracting, advisory, compliance, policy, and analytics services. You will identify, pursue, and implement integrated solutions to stakeholder program quality, analytics, revenue retention, and/or expansion as part of a diverse team.

Responsibilities:

Build credibility and create advisory relationships with VP to C-suite executive stakeholders.
Maintain existing and generate new projects and contracts that produce strategic and market insights, best practices, and deliver value for stakeholders, leading project and contracting teams to accomplish project goals on time.
Operationalize, develop, and implement business strategies and enterprise solution plans that improve member value and growth, including recommending, diagnosing, and validating possible root causes of health care strategic, operational, and clinical challenges.
Develop and deliver customized quarterly presentations to share standard metrics, reports, value, and new opportunities; create new quarterly presentation templates and procedures and advises others on tailoring presentations for VP to C-suite level consumption.
Generate new pharmacy program opportunities that address stakeholder needs; bring in appropriate teams to implement; support business development activities by leveraging relationships (e.g., VP, C-suite, government agencies) to generate leads and participate in closing of new contracts.
Research and develop new analytics and reports to generate strategic insights and solves business problems.

Qualifications:

Pharmacy degree required. PharmD preferred. MBA or an equivalent is desirable.
7 or more years of experience required.
Board of Pharmacy license required.
Recognition or certification by the pharmacy profession is preferred (FASHP, BCPS).
Previous experience as a Director of Pharmacy, Pharmacy Clinical Coordinator or Manager preferred.
Experience with Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee activities desired.
Experience in a progressive and/or academic health system environment.
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Possess excellent analytical skills including the ability to organize and manipulate large quantities of data.
Graduate training in an accredited College of Pharmacy (M.S. or Pharm D (Doctor of Pharmacy) having completed a clinically-oriented pharmacy residency (ASHP accredited)
Advanced MSO knowledge (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Willingness to travel

Estimated Hiring Range:$135,200.00 - $201,200.00
