Northeast Family Services is seeking an experienced, independently licensed clinician for the role of Assistant Program Director for our growing Outpatient Telehealth team! This is a fully remote, telehealth opportunity in Illinois.

The Assistant Program Director will serve as a supervising therapist and contact for our clients and assist in the daily oversight and operations of the outpatient telehealth team. The APD will be responsible for the management of direct care staff along with the content and implementation of treatment plans and provide supervision to clinical staff for licensure.

The Assistant Program Director will carry a limited caseload in addition to their supervisory responsibilities. + Support the Telehealth Program Director in managing overall program operations

+ Maintain the therapeutic integrity of services delivered in their region

+ Initiate contact with new referrals and/or referral sources according to program standards

+ Review and evaluate staff performance

+ Ensure the clinical integrity of services and treatment records

+ Conduct clinical supervision in accordance with NFS established guidelines

+ Meet with collateral service providers to coordinate care across all settings

+ Guide staff in creating treatment and behavior plans with measurable and attainable goals

+ Ensure treatment methodologies are evidence-based and reflect the most recent research findings

+ Responsible for the operational integrity of the program, in accordance with state and organizational standards

+ Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

+ Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related human services field

+ Independent clinical license in state of Illinois (LCSW, LCPC, or licensed Psychologist)

+ At least three years of outpatient experience

+ Must provide supervision for licensure

+ Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders or children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)

+ Proficient with supervision, service delivery and case management fundamentals

+ Bilingual English / Spanish preferred

+ Experience in quality management preferred

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills

+ Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office
