Job Description:

· Workpaper creation and maintenance

· Prepare capital call and distribution notices

· Ensure compliance with internal and external obligations

· Assist with quarterly reporting obligations

· Assist with internal and external audits

· Assist with projects as necessary

· Assist with the development and maintenance of policies and procedures

Requirements:

- SAGE Intaact accounting system knowledge desired

· Real estate and/or public accounting is a plus

· CPA preferred

· Technological aptitude, including advanced capabilities in Excel

· Irreproachable character and integrity

· Sound judgment

· Intellectual curiosity

· Desire to make an impact

· Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and strict confidentiality

· Ability to multitask and prioritize workload to meet established deadlines
