Job Description:

+ The Maintenance Mechanic will be responsible for supporting the production team and conducting preventative maintenance of the machinery.

+ Candidates in this role will be responsible for mechanical troubleshooting, Hydraulic repairs, and light electrical repairs.

+ Most electrical will be fixing a blown fuse, wiring a motor, and some 3 phase 480 volt repairs.

+ Other repairs will include knowledge of burners and combustion control. Person in the position will also weld and fabricate parts, using blueprints or other mechanical plans.

Job Duties:

+ Clean or lubricate vehicles, machinery, equipment, instruments, tools, work areas, and other objects, using hand tools, power tools, and cleaning equipment.

+ Adjust, maintain, and repair tools, equipment, and machines, and assist more skilled workers with similar tasks.

+ Install or replace machinery, equipment, and new or replacement parts and instruments, using hand or power tools.

+ Disassemble broken or defective equipment to facilitate repair and reassemble equipment when repairs are complete.

+ Apply protective materials to equipment, components, and parts to prevent defects and corrosion.

+ Assemble and maintain physical structures, using hand or power tools.

Experience Level:

Entry Level – this is a great opportunity for an individual attending trade school in maintenance or related fields.

Shift Hours:

7am – 3:30pm

Pay :

$20 – $25/hour
