Description:
The 2nd Shift Operator is responsible for manufacturing flavors (powders, spray dry, liquids, emulsions and extracts), but specifically in the Dry-Blend goods department. Will follow similar processes according to formulations on each batch ticket. This role is assembling the batches with food safety, quality, efficiency and accuracy priorities. This role may operate machinery such as mixers, spray dryers and blending tanks. Must have attention to detail, have the ability to read labels on raw materials and follow safety procedures. The role is responsible for producing the correct finished product quantity with the correct label requirements.
