Job Description
We are inviting applications for the position of Assistant Maintenance Manager. This role comes with a competitive salary of up to $105,000+ and offers a four-day work week.
Our company specializes in operations that deliver millions of packages and smiles to our customers every day. We are looking for motivated, customer-focused individuals who can lead a team of hourly workers, maintaining the highest levels of safety, quality, attendance, and performance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting, mentoring, and motivating your hourly workforce
- Managing safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises
- Collaborating with all support teams including Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, Human Resources to develop plans to meet business objectives
- Have the ability to do industrial maintenance if needed
Qualifications
- Industrial maintenance experince required
- 2+ years Manager experince required
- Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
- Ability to stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts
- Work in an environment where the noise level varies and can be loud
- Work in an environment that is subject to variable temperatures and weather
- Bachelors Degree required no exceptions
