Position Overview:
TheMicrosoft Brand Manageris a dynamic role that combines elements of aBusiness Strategistand aBusiness Development Manager. This position is pivotal in establishing and nurturing our strategic partnership with Microsoft, driving growth, and ensuring successful go-to-market (GTM) strategies. This position will require an individual who is able to work with cross functional teams to create new cloud solutions (Products + Services), developGTM strategies, and drive growth throughpresalesdemos, assessments, and workshops.
The immediate need will be to focus on ZonesCopilot for M365 suite of solutions.

The Brand Manager, Microsoftis primarily responsible for:
Key Results Expected:
Microsoft Designations & Specializations:Attain and renew Microsoft certifications and specializations relevant to our offerings.
Presales Demos, Assessments, & Workshops:Execute presales demonstrations, assessments, and workshops to drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Cloud Solution Revenue, Margin, & Profit:Lead initiatives that contribute to increased revenue, improved margin, and overall profitability of our cloud solutions.
Co-Sell Initiatives & Account Planning:Collaborate with sales teams to drive co-selling efforts and effective account planning sessions.
Integrated Solutions Offerings & Services:Develop new integrated solution offerings and services aligned with customer needs.
Documented Processes & Weekly Reports:Establish clear processes and maintain weekly business reports to track progress.
Training and Enablement Materials:Create new training and enablement materials for internal teams.
Duties:
Advises Sales and Support regarding program utilization and available cost support programs; oversee administration and application of programs.
Execute presales assessments and workshops to identify growth opportunities.
Develop co-sell sales pipeline and execute against sales strategies to grow Microsoft and Zones Services revenue throughout vertical markets.
Partnering with Sales and Leadership to apply programs effectively.
Maintain relationships with key vendor contacts.
Maintains program and Zones process expertise.
Creates unique offers, and advice price.
Sells integrated offers and services through Zones Cloud Marketplace.
Drives customer satisfaction through value added services and offerings.
What you will bring to the team:
3+ years of experience delivering program and project efforts in a high technology environment.
Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills including demonstrated experience presenting technology recommendations from a business perspective.
Understanding ofthe industry, market, customers, competitors, suppliers, partners, and capabilities of the business.
Experience as a technical seller, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Professional, business-focused attitude and courteous manner towards clients, partners, and peers.
Ability to meet aggressive deadlines.
Analytical with excellent problem-solving skills.
Proven success in managing cross-team initiatives and programs.
Good understanding of Microsoft cloud technologies (Azure, Modern Work, and Security)products.
