You will help lead the Business Continuity and Resiliency practice at WPS, ensuring the corporation is ready to thrive in the face of disruption and change. Maturity of the Continuity and Resiliency practice, to become a competitive advantage for WPS, is the goal and you will be instrumental in achieving that.

Becoming/remaining a member of industry trade organizations such as the Business Continuity Institute (BCI).
Working in a highly complex, highly security-conscious environment that has a security umbrella that encompasses Health Insurance, contracts with Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) and Department of Defense (DoD) contracts.
Experience working in an environment that serves our nation's military, veterans, Guard and Reserves, and Medicare beneficiaries
Working in a continuous performance feedback environment
Minimum Qualifications
Professional & Senior Level:
Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent post high school and/or related work experience and
Senior Level:
1 or more years of related work experience (2P3)
Preferred Qualifications
Professional Level: 3 or more years of related work experience
Senior Level: 5 or more years of related work experience..
Knowledge of business continuity or resiliency technologies and best practices.
3 or more years of business analyst experience
2 or more years of compliance and/or federal regulatory law experience
Practical working knowledge of consulting and industry methodologies that support effective Business Continuity Management program development.
High level of proficiency with Microsoft SharePoint, Excel, Word.
Salary Range
Professional Level: $63,800-$87,400 annually
Senior Level: $77,500 to $112,500 annually
The base pay offered for this position may vary within the posted range based on your job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
