Job Description

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Technical Writer/ Process Analyst Consultant with our client in the financial industry located in Chicago, IL, Richmond, VA and Atlanta, GA. This is a 12 + month contract position.

Responsibilities:
Documentation of business processes and playbooks
Alignment of processes and controls to policy requirements
Manage and execute work associated with projects related to removing barriers for application owners
Management for Tableau dashboard project
Management for Jira/SharePoint integration POC + Pilot
Management of process improvement efforts
Support and engage with executive and senior level management
Process improvement / creating process efficiencies / optimization / process excellence (ideal candidate has Six Sigma or LEAN certification)
Development of business controls, governance and reporting routines, documentation as well as metrics management
Requirements:
5+ years experience
Working knowledge with the following applications: Microsoft Project, Visio, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel (building pivot tables, and other advanced capabilities to leverage for reporting purposes)
Experience working in cross-functional teams across a highly regulated, matrixed organization
Experience with policy and process, control and metric development
Critical thinker and solutions-oriented mindset; ability to operate independently and solve problems
Focused on flawless execution and operational excellence
Ability to simplify the complex
Account management / client management experience or mind-set
Enjoys collaborating and helping solve problems and overcoming barriers for others; an altruistic approach to problem solving
Pay range: $46.18 - $54.18
