Job Description
Genesis10 is currently seeking a Process Governance Consultant with our client in the financial industry located in Chicago, IL, Atlanta, GA and Richmond, VA. This is a 12 + month contract position.
Responsibilities:
Document business processes and playbooks
Alignment of processes and controls to policy requirements
Manage and execute work associated with projects related to removing barriers for application owners
Manage Tableau dashboard project
SharePoint integration POC + PilotJiraManage
Manage process improvement efforts
Requirements:
Experience in Visio and process mapping / development
Working knowledge of Microsoft Project, Visio, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel (building pivot tables, and other advanced capabilities to leverage for reporting purposes)
Experience working in cross-functional teams across a highly regulated, matrixed organization
Experience supporting and engaging with executive and senior level management
Experience in process improvement / creating process efficiencies / optimization / process excellence (Six Sigma or LEAN certification)
Experience with development of business controls, governance and reporting routines, documentation as well as metrics management
Critical thinker and solutions-oriented mindset; ability to operate independently
Focused on flawless execution and operational excellence
Ability to simplify the complex
Account management / client management experience or mind-set
Enjoy collaborating and helping solve problems and overcoming barriers for others; an altruistic approach to problem-solving
Pay range: $63.68 - $71.68
