Position Overview
The Illinois Department of Children and Family Services is seeking an organized, results-oriented professional to serve as Federal Grant Coordinator. Under administrative direction, this position will develop, coordinate, and manage on a statewide basis the planning, development, implementation, and review of programs, projects, and activities funded by the federal Community-Based Child Abuse Prevention Grant Program. The position will also develop and coordinate an overall planning strategy, conducting specific staged planning in specific target areas and developing the overall budget for assigned federal grants. This position provides an exciting opportunity for someone who is focused on ensuring the Department utilizes grant opportunities to ensure the best possible provision of services for children and families. Job Responsibilites
1. Serves as Federal Grant Coordinator;
