Alliance Technical Group is filling a remote Contracts Manager position in our legal department.The Contracts Manager will be responsible for collecting and organizing all sales / vendor contracts across the enterprise. Additionally, the Contracts Manager will review contracts for analyzing legal safeguards, track key renewal dates and key terms.
Responsibilities:
Collaborates with sales and operations throughout entire contract lifecycle to ensure contract integrity
Develops organizational "best-practices" for legal engagement during the contracting process
Develops and organizes contract database to house and track all sales and vendor contracts and related documentation
Evaluates existing contracts for legal safeguards
Develops pipeline and timeline for key contracts and renewals
Educates sales and operations on signatory authority and how to identify business terms of a contract
Determines challenges of current contracts processes and develops methods to expand Company services to provide solutions
Renegotiates terms
Ensure contracts align with company policies
Communicates and reports progress updates to operational leaders
Partners with leadership team to effectively strategize and align with operational goals
Other duties as assigned
Pay Range:
$80,000 annually + profit sharing

College degree or equivalent
Executive level knowledge of Contract Management
