Summary

The Talent Acquisition Director will be responsible for creating and maintaining strategic business partnerships with internal stakeholders and will lead the full life cycle recruitment process for openings across all service lines. This individual will be responsible for developing recruitment and sourcing strategies while using best in class
technology platforms and processes. Will manage all contract labor via the Managed Supplier Program (MSP). The Talent Acquisition Director will be responsible for day- to-day management of a group of team leads and recruiters.

Responsibilities

Lead and direct a team leads and recruiters.
Analyze recruiter weekly and monthly production, quality of recruitment service, and proactive pipelining
measures.
Hold team leads and recruiters accountable to meeting their baseline expectations while driving quality
service levels.
Develop recruitment strategies by market and region while using talent analytics and insights to make data
driven decisions.
Assist in managing vendor relationships to ensure success of talent sourcing, job positing, spend
management, and optimal utilization. Vendors to include but not limited to ICIMS (Jibe, VideoStudio,
TextRecruit), Indeed, ORC, MyCNA jobs, Circa, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, AppCast, DialPad, SparkHire, etc.
Manager MSP program supporting contract labor recruitment.
Identify and present opportunities for optimization and provide solutions to leadership.
Benchmark against competitors for best in class talent acquisition.
Proactively source and recruit for talent to fill team lead and recruiter openings with a just in time recruiting
model.
Build team engagement with consistent communications, meetings, and touch points.
Leverage internal resources to independently solve issues for the team to include but not limited to (IT,
Marketing, HR Systems, Quality, Legal, Compliance, HR).
Provide training, coaching, and development to direct reports while providing a culture of positivity, support
and accountability leading to high engagement.
Any additional task as assigned.

Education and Experience

Bachelors Degree
Minimum of 8 years recruitment and 5 years management experience.
