What you'll do

As a Sr. Dynamic Pricing Strategy Specialist, you will be responsible for developing pricing strategies and initiatives to support and accelerate the company's growth. You will work to optimize the pricing of our products and services to increase revenue and profitability while ensuring that our pricing reflects the value that we offer to our customers. Your collaboration with Finance, Sales Strategy and Go-to-market teams will be instrumental in creating and implementing successful pricing strategies. The role involves a combination of critical thinking, data analysis, and market research.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director, Pricing and Packaging Strategy.
Responsibility
Develop and implement comprehensive pricing strategies for our products to drive business growth and profitability
Develop and refine sophisticated dynamic pricing models tied to customer realized value based on analyzing vast historical datasets
Gain a deep understanding of customer needs, identifying strategies to create customer value, and tactics to differentiate competitively through innovative pricing approaches
Conduct detailed pricing analysis to stay ahead of market trends, understand customer behavior, and navigate the competitive landscape
Partner closely with Finance and Sales Strategy teams to implement pricing and discounting strategies, using field compensation and incentives as a key lever
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of pricing strategies, adjusting as needed to achieve desired results
Keep abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes that could influence pricing strategies
Provide thought leadership and insights on packaging and pricing best practices and innovative approaches
Job Designation

Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring

Basic
8+ years in management consulting, strategy, pricing, finance, product management or product marketing roles
Bachelor's degree
3+ years monetization strategy or pricing experience for technology/SaaS products
Preferred
Strong understanding of B2B SaaS business models and go-to-market strategies
Proficiency in data analysis and quantitative modeling
Familiarity with deal-scoring methodologies and pricing systems/optimization tools
Expertise in qualitative and quantitative pricing research techniques
In-depth understanding of Enterprise SaaS selling motions and field incentives
Strong track record of leading cross-functional projects across diverse collaborators to define and implement strategic initiatives
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to influence senior leadership
Wage Transparency

Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:
California: $134,900.00 - $216,975.00 base salary
Illinois: $129,000.00 - $182,250.00 base salary
Washington: $129,000.00 - $190,550.00 base salary
This role is also eligible for bonus, equity and benefits.
